Hi Alok, In 2 weeks, it will be ONE YEAR since I won Rs. 500/- Crossword Voucher in The Golden Quiz II Contest. I’ve been VERY PATIENTLY waiting & following up for the same since 17th March 2009. Why has it been SO difficult for people at c2w to resolve this issue? Could you please help put a closure to this long pending matter? Thanks.

Hi Alok, I won a Crossword Gift Voucher worth Rs.500 in The Golden Quiz II on 17th Mar 2009. After several msgs & emails Sana FINALLY said it has been sent via India Times order # 111592648. Till date I have NOT received the Voucher, despite following up with C2W Team & India Times customer care. Could you please look into the same & respond?
